The inspection/replacement of shower stall drains is complete. Each stall shower drain was inspected and an access panel was placed to allow access in the future. All older shower drains, as well as drains that had not been installed properly, were replaced. In accordance with the guidelines for payment of repairs, this work was covered by the Association; therefore, there are no extra charges to unit owners.
