Below is the letter from President, David Smith, sent to unit owners via email.
Dear WUOA Membership,
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that effective July 18, 2010 we have contracted with Judy Hoops to act as Managing Agent for the WUOA. The general responsibilities of the Managing Agent will include:
* Association budget and finance management.
* Oversight and Coordination of repairs and maintenance of the common and limited common elements.
* Establishing and maintaining open communication with all homeowners.
* Responding promptly to issues and requests including 24 hour emergency contact service.
* Planning, reviewing and/or supervising capital improvement projects.
* Monitoring adherence to WUOA rules & regulations.
