Notice: Off-Season Rentals
Recall that the Association implemented a new policy a couple of years ago requiring each Owner to submit a lease addendum (and pet registration if pet is on premises) for renters staying more than 30 days. Last year, while most owners did comply with this requirement, we had a few that failed to submit the addendum within the specified time. Remember, it is your responsible to make sure the form(s) are submitted to Judy within 10 days of the move-in date of your tenants (please do not rely on your tenant to submit forms). It is very important that every Owner observe these requirements
