1. It is the responsibility of each Owner to provide the following information to the Association or Managing Agent:

• Names and contact information of all owners on the deed

• Name and contact information of lender if there is a mortgage on the Unit

2. If there is more than one owner of a Unit, then the Association shall send notices to all owners unless an owner requests otherwise.

3. If a Unit is being sold, then the Owner shall provide the Association with the following information no less than10 days before the sale:

• Name and contact information of purchaser(s)

• Name and contact information of closing attorney
