The plumbing upgrades (phase II) project was recently completed. The upgrades consisted of replacing all old shut-off valves and supply lines as well as the plumbing around the hot water heater. In addition, many hot water heaters were replaced. According to the Association's Maintenance and Repair Policy, some of the expenses were paid by the Association, and some by the Owners. Basically, the Association will pay for the replacement of the shut-off valves and plumbing at the hot water heater, and the Owners will pay for the supply lines, hot water tank & installation, and the drain pans. An itemized list of repairs and costs is available for any Owner. If you wish to review the specific repairs in your unit, please contact Judy Hoops.
