Outdoor Grilling Policy

Effective Dec 26, 2013, the Board of Directors adopted the following:

Outdoor Grilling Policy


  1. No outdoor grilling of any type is permitted on the decks, walkways or rear balconies of the Condominium buildings.

  2. Outdoor grills may be used on the grassy areas of the common area property provided grill is not closer than 20 feet from any building or structure.

  3. If Unit has an outdoor grill at the time of the effective date of this policy, then Owner shall have five (5) days to remove grill.
